Our "Windows on Culture" film series continued in October with a special Halloween season screening of Takashi Shimizu's modern horror classic "Juon: The Grudge". With special thanks to Lions Gate Films, CJST members and their guests were able to check out the Japanese original just days before the Hollywood remake opened.

Film nights will continue the third Friday of every month. If there is a film that you would like us to screen and that would be appropriate for our theme of bridging understanding between Canadian and Japanese cultures then please let us know.
