Consul General Koezuka Presents
A Discussion of Competition Law (February 16, 2004)

A talk on Competition Law in a Canadian and Japanese context, jointly sponsored by the CJST and McMillan Binch, was yet another successful event for us. Consul General Koezuka made a very informative presentation regarding his experience with Japan's Fair Trade Commission and McMillan Binch's Neil Campbell followed up with further discussion of international competition issues. Many thanks to Don Waters who did most of the planning and organizing of the event.
